We focused on creating a brand identity for Twin Rivers Winery that was free of the pretentiousness that is often associated with wineries and making the winery more accessible to people. Our goal was to make Twin Rivers a winery for people who don't know a lot about wine, but just want a good experience.
Twin Rivers Wine is a brand that originates in a small winery, where the love of wine has grown out from a family business. This activity involves the whole family in the process of creating a unique Kansas wines. Since wineries aren't common in Kansas, the concept of the brand is based on the idea that wine can be for everyone and not pretentious. People's grandparents used to make and drink wine in the state, and Twin Rivers is carrying on that tradition.
Twin Rivers Winery tied itself to the community. All of the label art was commissioned to local artists, and the wines themselves are often named for local people or events.
